He estado un poco ausente ya que sin haberlo planeado nos cambiamos de casa, ahora que todo esta más calmado y puedo continuar con mi vida lo primero que se pensé es en compartirles mi rincón favorito de mi nuevo hogar: la vista incomparable de mi hermoso Quito.

Algunas chicas me preguntaron en una entrada anterior sobre otra forma de llevar esta camisa, esto es lo que tenía en mente. Esta camisa es un elemento muy fuerte por eso siempre intento equilibrarla con algo sólido como esta falda,  para mantenerlo en esa linea sencilla use tacones en el mismo color. Para no caer en el aburrimiento un pop de color con el bolso. Espero que les guste!

 I've been a little bit absent because in an unexpected way we moved, everything is now calmer and I can continue my life. The first thing I thought is to share you my favorite corner of my new home: the incomparable view of my beautiful Quito .
Some girls asked me in a previous post about another way to wear this shirt, this is what I had in mind. This shirt is a very strong piece so I always try to balance it with something solid like this skirt and to keep it simple heels in the same color. To avoid falling into boredom pop of color with the bag. Hope you like it!

basicos y colores

Hoy atuendo sencillo y básico, todo al rededor de estos estiletos asimétricos en azul klein. Optar por juntar todos mis básico (chaqueta denim, camiseta básica y estiletos) puede ser una opción segura e infalible pero hoy simplemente lo hice por comodidad y por supuesto para que los colores brillen por si solos. Me gustaría saber cuales son sus basicos favoritos??

Today simple and basic outfit, everything around these  blue klein asymmetric stilettos. Choosing to gather all my basic (denim jacket, t-shirt and stilettos) can be a safe and foolproof option but today I did it just for being comfort and of course to allow colors shine on their own. I love to know what are your fave basic?

Nueva colección Makiatto

El viernes tuve la oportunidad de asistir al lanzamiento de la colección Primavera - Verano 2013 de Makiatto by Paulina, fue un evento muy especial y por supuesto lleno de hermosos zapatos!! Como buena adicta a los zapatos hoy les traigo fotos de los modelos que más gustaron. 

Además les comparto lo que usé para asistir al evento, un día muy caluroso en el Jardín Botánico de Quito. Enterizo negro de bastas anchas que me encanta por lo estilizado que luce, acompañado de mi clutch favorito en mezcla de animal print y flores. 

Les dejo todas las fotos para que se deleiten con los hermosos diseños de Paulina Anda, a quien le agradezco mucho su invitación y, cuentenme: cual es su favorito?? tal vez coincidimos con el que ya he pre-ordenado.

On Friday I had the opportunity to attend the Launch of the Collection Spring - Summer 2013 of Makiatto by Paulina it was a special event and of course full of beautiful shoes! As a big shoes' addicted  today I bring you lots of pictures of the models I liked the most.
Also, I wanted to share you the outfit I wore to attend the event, wich was during a a very hot day in the Quito's Botanical Garden. Black jumper with wide hem to let It looks stylish. I accompanied the outfit my fave clutch in Mixed animal print and flowers.

Hoy soy una mezcla de tendencias, no me he podido resistir a cada una de ellas y más aun a mezclarlas:

1. Los pantalones de Zara de inspiración Valentino otoño-invierno 2013-2014. Los estampados inspirados en los diseños de las porcelanas chinas esta super in gracias a esta casa de moda, y yo totalmente enamorada de ellos. No les parecen muy romanticos??

2. El amarillo en contraste con blanco es otra de las tendencias que vemos estos días. Además en este caso ayudan a añadir color.

3. Los tacones blancos y con tacón acrilico. El uso de los tacones blancos ha sido siempre controversial, lo preestablecido limita su uso a: doctoras o novias. Recuerden que hay que romper los mitos y seguir nuestros instintos fashionistas, si les gusta no duden a añadir uno a su closet!

Today I am a mixture of trends, I have not been able to resist each one and even more mix them all:
1. Zara's pants inspired by  Valentino Fall-Winter 2013-2014. These prints, inspired by Chinese porcelain designs are super In thanks to this maison, and I really love them. They seem very romantic, right?
2. The contrast yellow on white is another trend we see these days. Also in this case it help me to add color to the outfit.
3. The white heels and acrylic heel. The use of white heels has always been controversial, premeditated thoughts limits its use to: doctors or brides. Remember that we must break the myths and follow our fashionistas instincts, if you like do not hesitate to add them to your closet!

flores y rayas

Añadir piezas arriesgadas esta siempre en mi lista de deseos, por ello hoy quise mostrarles que romper el molde no es tan malo. Una tendencia que estamos viendo mucho en estos días es mezclar estampados de flores con rayas, y esta blusa de Zara ya lo hace por si sola. La verdad aunque me gusta mucho me saca un poquito de mi zona de confort, así que mi primera idea para estilizarla fue neutralizarla, que mejor combinación para ello que dos clásicos: blanco y negro + blazer. Prometo mostrarles otras ideas que ya tengo en mente para esta blusa. Espero que les guste!

Add risky pieces is always on my wish list, so today I wanted to show you that break the mold is not too bad. One trend we're seeing a lot these days is to mix floral prints with stripes, and this blouse from Zara already does on its own. Althought I really love it, take me a little out of my comfort zone, that's why my first idea was to stylize it with neutrales pieces, what better combination for it than two classics: black and white + blazer. I promise to show you other ideas that I already have in mind for this blouse. Hope you like it!
